Interested in Becoming Catholic?
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is an enriching and rewarding experience during which Catholics can witness to and share their faith with those seeking to understand Catholicism or who have decided to embrace the Catholic faith. The RCIA team begins meeting in early September with individuals who want to explore Catholicism and what it means. A different facet of the Catholic faith is presented each week in a semi-structured way. The process culminates with the Easter Vigil Liturgy when the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Eucharist are received.
- Anyone who is not baptized and wishes to explore the teachings and beliefs of the Catholic Church
- Anyone who has been baptized in another Christian faith and now desires to be a member of the Catholic Church
- Anyone who is baptized in the Catholic Church, but has not yet celebrated the sacraments of Holy Eucharist and/or Confirmation.
